Registration
All bidders must register in order to bid on items with S&S Fox Auctions. S&S Fox Auctions reserves the right to remove a bidder for violations of the terms and conditions. If any bidder at any time feels his/her username or password has been compromised, contact S&S Fox Auctions immediately.
"AS IS" Condition
All auction items are being sold in as is condition with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Any description given by S&S Fox Auctions or the seller is not guaranteed. All sales are final! The bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, etc. will be allowed. The best inspection of equipment is to be done personally by you, the buyer. Once listed, all items are available for auction only and not subject to prior sale. Prior inspection dates will be noted on the auction and all auction items can be viewed by appointment only.
Auction End Times
S&S Fox online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at a specified time. All items have an auto extended bid feature. Any bid placed in the final minute of close will automatically extend the bidding 1 minute until no bid is placed in the allotted time.
Photos
All pictures of items are to be used only as a guide. Pictures may not always display every major nor minor flaw in condition. To make the best determination of condition, we encourage you to personally inspect the items.
Reserved Auction
Some lots may have a reserve value set by the seller. S&S Fox Auctions reserves the right to call a no sale on items that did not reach the reserve price. We take pride in selling items, not calling a “no sale” so any reserve will be realistic or those items will not be listed. Under no circumstance will the seller, nor anyone acting on behalf of the seller, be allowed to bid on the item. Any bidder participating in such activity will be banned from future auctions and will be subject to legal action.
Sales Tax
All applicable sales taxes apply to non-titled purchases. South Dakota has a sales tax rate of 4.5% plus additional city tax if applicable. Dealers must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding.
Buyer's Premium
All sales will incur a 10% Buyers Premium unless otherwise noted in the auction
Payments
A successful bidder is responsible for making payments on time. All payments are to be made out to S&S Fox. Cash, Local Check, wire transfer or Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard) are the only methods accepted in online auctions. All items must be paid for within 2 business days from date of final sale invoice to avoid a finance charge. No items are allowed to be removed until paid in full. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in being banned from future auctions and be subject to legal action
Purchase Pickup
All purchases must be paid in full before removing the item(s). All items must be removed within 2 weeks or may be subject to storage charges unless agreed upon by S&S Fox Auctions and the seller. The buyer is responsible for transportation of his/her purchase. Loading assistance may be available on some items. Check the item details as it will be listed where available. All items must be picked up in 30 days or will be subject to be resold. Pickup Dates & Times will be listed on each individual auction.
Shipping
Most items are available for shipping, which is limited to US addresses only. All packing, shipping, and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. After successful payment of your auction items, S&S Fox Auctions will pack your items efficiently. Once your items are packaged, you will receive an email with a shipping invoice from S&S Fox Auctions. After full payment for your auction items and shipping costs, S&S Fox Auctions will send you a tracking number for your shipment
