Some furniture items are in the basement or the 2nd floor. Most of the books are located in the basement. The Civil War related books will not be posted for online bidding. They will only be available for in-person bidders and will not be shipped. Please plan to attend this auction to bid on books. Abandoned Storage Unit Auction 21 Abandoned Units located at the Benzie Mini Storage 2380 Moss Rd Honor, MI 49640 Online Only Bidding Ends starting at 7 PM Thursday May 23 Unit Cleanout must be completed by 5pm on Friday, May 31 by appointment only. $200/unit cash cleanout deposit will be collected by the storage unit and returned after the unit is empty and broom clean. Buyer must remove EVERYTHING from the unit and take all trash and contents off the property. No previews and bidders may not enter the units prior to bidding. All units are sold as-is. Shipping is not available for this auction. Units are subject to redemption by the unit renter at any time up to the close of the auction. Units may be removed from the auction if all owed funds, fees, and penalties are paid in full prior to the close of the auction. Payment via credit card is due immediately atter the auction is completed. Cards will be charged immediately after the auction ends. Make sure your card has funds available that night. Chargebacks are stricly forbidden and the buyer agrees to waive their right to file a chargeback against the auction company for ANY reason. For tax exempt resellers, a Michigan sales tax exemption form 3372 must be filed with the auction company before the end of the auction. No refunds of sales tax once credit card payments are processed.
