Once items have been paid for, they will be sent to the shipping department to be evaluated for either in-house shipping or needing to be outsourced. Once it has been determined if it can be processed in-house it will be processed and packaged. When packaging is complete, you will receive a shipping invoice via email and text. After the shipping invoice has been sent out you have 7 days to submit payment, if payment is not made within those 7 days the items will be forfeited. WE CANNOT STORE YOUR ITEMS!!! Depending on the items size, weight, etc, they may be sent to a third-party shipper or require specialty shipping. SHIPPING: Bidders are responsible for paying shipping of all items purchased, we will take care of getting them processed to ship once payment has been received. If your items cannot be processed in-house, they will be either sent to shipper of your choice or Westside Mail Center.

Bidding begins on May 12th and ends on May 19th. Lots will begin to close at 10AM on Sunday May 19th. LOTS WILL CLOSE EVERY 6 SECONDS STARTING THIS AUCTION. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Preview will be held, while the sale is running, Wednesday - Friday 9:30am-3:30pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. No appointment necessary for pick-ups.All pickups must be made within 72 hours of end of auction unless otherwise arranged with auctioneer. All credit cards on file will be processed Monday morning following close of sale with invoices being e-mailed there after. Pick up hours are Monday 9:30AM-7:00PM and Tuesday/Wednesday 9:30AM-3:30PM. If items are left passed that window you may be charged a storage fee of $5 per lot per day, at the auctioneers' discretion. Any items left after 2 weeks become auction house property. Please confirm prior to bidding that we will be able to ship the item to you. Some items we will not ship can be referred to a third-party shipper or you may obtain your own shipping. Please make sure your shipper can make the pick-up window, storage fees we be charged if unable to make it within the 72-hour window. On Monday after the sale, winning bidders will receive a Text/ Email from ShippingSaint on behalf of B and D Auctions LLC, confirming if shipping will be required or if the items will be picked up in person. B and D Auctions, LLC reserves the right to deny any shipping in house and will refer out to a local shipper. We only ship items in house that we are confident they will make it to our customers safely and efficiently. Items will be shipped within ten days of payment received. Handling is calculated and broken down by the material and labor used. It is calculated at the time of preparing shipment. We utilize the most competitive shipping carrier we can find. The shipping and handling charges will show on your statements as ShippingSaint. Once you have confirmed shipping through ShippingSaint you will be updated as items move through the shipping process. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping invoice within 72 hours of the end of the auction OR the credit card on file for HiBid WILL be charged. Uncommon Market became known as a unique store that offered an eclectic selection of antiques and unique items. Many of our items furnished national restaurant chains, retail stores, and residences during the early years. Those days were special. Since the store has been in business for over 50 years, we've amassed a large inventory of quality and unique European Antiques, Collectibles, and Lighting. As the years have come, the availability of items has become increasingly harder to find in our traditional ways of searching. With that slowing down for us we noticed that we began pivoting towards fabrication. We always restored our antique pieces and began to fabricate quality pieces for both residential and commercial clients. Because of our success with fabrication, we've decided to make a change to close our brick-and-mortar footprint and liquidate our inventory.
