WINNING BIDDERS WILL PICK UP AT OUR FACILITY Pickup dates are Fri MAY 10th 9-5 and Sat MAY 11th 9-12 & Monday MAY 13Th 9-12. These are the only pickup days offered for this sale.
**We have 3 separate days scheduled for pick up, if you are bidding on items in this auction plan now to pick up within these dates or you will incur fees We ask that everyone abide by the social distancing
ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED! NO EXCEPTIONS! Thank you for understanding. ** PLEASE BRING ANY HELP YOU WILL NEED TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS. PLEASE BRING ANY BOXES, WRAPPING, PACKING MATERIALS & TOOLS THAT YOU MAY NEED.
Winning bidders will be notified once we have received and acknowledged payment in full. We will process the card on file when the auction is complete. Invoices will be sent via email after the auction closes, this may take a couple hours. If you have not received an email (check your junk/spam folder to make sure it didn't get sent there) by the following morning contact us.
You must contact us if you want items shipped otherwise we will assume you are picking up in person. We will ship smaller durable items in house, we will work with your shipper to arrange shipping for furniture. Thanks .
AUCTIONEER NOTES: STAGGERED ENDING MEANS ALL ITEMS DO NOT CLOSE AT 6:00PM. THE 1ST ITEM ENDS AT 6PM ( IF BIDDING HAS CEASED) WITH AN ITEM CLOSING EVERY 10 SECONDS. SOFT CLOSE MEANS IF SOMEONE BIDS ON AN ITEM WITHIN 3 MINUTES OF ITS CLOSING TIME, 3 MINUTES WILL BE ADDED TO ITS SALE TIME. THIS PREVENTS "BID SNIPING" AT THE AUCTIONS CLOSE SOME ITEMS MAY BE LINKED TOGETHER SO THEIR CLOSING TIMES COINCIDE (ITEMS OF A SET OR LIKENESS)
