May 16th 9am Central to 4pm Central Unless alternate pick up arrangments are made, any items left after the pickup date will be charged $5.00 per lot per day Storage. Anything after 5 days will be considered abandoned & forfeited with no refund . They will then become the propertry of Latimer Auction, with no refunds. By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidding are subject to legal actions and those Bidders will be barred from bidding at future Auctions Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.
