All items are sold as is, where is and with any faults 3. A 10% Buyer’s Premium is applied to all purchases 4. This auction uses a soft close format, bidding will remain open for one minute past scheduled close time to accept any last bids. The bidder that has the final accepted bid is responsible for payment. 5. Kevin Neal Auction Service may reserve the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion 6. Payment is required before or at time of pick up, cash, check or credit cards are accepted, acceptable cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Note: If paying with a personal check, and the amount is greater than $10,000.00 proof of sufficient funds is necessary. 7. If paying with a credit card a 4% service fee will be charged to all credit card purchases 8. A $50 fee will be charged to any individual whose check does not clear the bank. 9. Items that are not picked up at the provided time or agreed upon time will be charged to the credit card on file, and ownership of the item will revert back to seller 10. All handguns must be registered. Auctioneer and buyer will make arrangements to meet at a local gun shop to transfer handguns. 11. Shipping is not offered for this auction 12. Items will be NOT be packed and prepared for pick up. Bring your own boxes, packing material, and help to load larger items. 13. By registering for this auction, you agree to all of the terms and conditions provided 14. If Buyer's credit card is denied that individual will be reported to HiBid, where appropriate actions will be taken 15. All sales are final, NO refunds will be given 16. Kevin Neal Auction Service does not issue or grant any warranty of any kind to any of the items sold through this auction, it is the potential Buyer's responsibility to inspect items before placing their bids House Terms & Conditions: (All terms & conditions above apply to house as well as ones listed below) 1. House only is being sold NO property 2. House is being sold AS IS with any and all faults 3. House must be removed from property within 60 days of auction close 4. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with moving the house 5. Buyer must pay 10% of final purchase price (Winning bid + buyer's premium) within 24 hours of auction close. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer, cash or cashier's check made payable to Kevin Neal Auction Service 6. Final balnace (Purchase price - 10% down payment) is due within 30 days of auction close. 7. Final balance will be paid directly to seller by buyer 8. If any potential buyer would like any inspections done they may do so at their expense 9. Any additonal fees associated with the transfer of the house from seller to buyer will be the financial responsibility of the buyer 10.
