Just a quick peak at our first auction in our new, larger warehouse. We moved in and now we need to organize the mess and get you a great auction. Consignors are bringing in some very good items and we promise you one of our best auctions ever! Have fun and keep watching. Big Al and the Gang
All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. Usually open weekdays 10-4 but call to make sure I'm there (503-756-5637). Lots close at 10 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots). Your Bid is a Contract: Please bid only if you will honor any purchases that you make. We do report non-paying bidders to the National Database to exclude them from further online auction bidding. Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment MUST be paid within 48 hours after the auction. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. We take credit cards and cash at pickup and cards over the phone. We give a 3% discount to those paying cash. PICKUP: Friday and Saturday, following the auction, are normal pickup days and we will be opened 9-3. You make a pickup appointment on a link furnished with the invoice. Late pickup the following Mon-Wed can be arranged with permission by contacting the auction. MAILING RULES: Yes, we can mail some items and try to keep costs low. We are not set up for shipping larger items (nothing over 24"). If you need shipping, pay for your items within 24 hours of the ending of the auction, then wait for us to send you a special invoice with shipping charges (usually takes a couple days). We do not ship large boxes. If you win several lots that make up a larger amount, it may come in several boxes. We will no mix heavy items with breakables. Make sure your address is correct and up to date. We charge the standard costs through either USPS or UPS. But we add an additional service charge: a $10 service charge for the first lot and an additional $2 per lot minimum.

We do not have access to your credit card information registered on HiBid, you need to call us directly to pay.

NEW CHANGES: * We are now at our new address. 1770 E 65th Ave, at the corner of 18th St and 65th Ave, a block West from Andresen. * We no longer pack boxes for mailing on Saturday. We do some on Friday and the rest on Monday and Tuesday. If you need your packages faster (packed on Fri), please let us know right after the auction ends. To keep cost low with USPS, we usually use Parcel Post instead of Priority. If you wish Priority instead, please let us know. Thanks, Al Make sure your address is correct when you registered with us. NOTE: We can ship most "No Shipping" items (Not counting alchol & ammunition). They have to be packaged by a professional 3rd party (like FedEx) which will be added to cost.
